Get a full service photo-session for your property, along with the appropriate paper and digital statements, brochures and a polished property website to show off what you've got to offer!
On-Line Calendar of Events: showing task lists, appointments, showing events and other important details to be aware of as we progress through the sale.
Transaction Management: There's quite a bit of paperwork involved in selling a property. My transaction coordinator will keep tabs on all the documents, reports and disclosures along the way, and we'll present you with a complete and organized digital copy of everything delivered to you just a few days after your closing.
Project Management and Coordination of Service Providers: Chances are there are other things going on in your life when you're selling. Well, you can relax a bit. Managing vendors and contractors, service providers and inspectors is part of the service.
