Professional Home Stylist Consultation: At my cost, I'll provide a session with a professional interior designer/stager who can provide insight and suggestions into how to de-clutter your home and stylize things to make them more attractive to buyers in the market.

Photography and Marketing Materials: Professional grade marketing materials are key to getting buyers in the door. Get a full service photo-session for your property, along with the appropriate paper and digital statements, brochures and a polished property website to show off what you've got to offer!

On-Line Calendar of Events: showing task lists, appointments, showing events and other important details to be aware of as we progress through the sale.

Transaction Management: There's quite a bit of paperwork involved in selling a property. My transaction coordinator will keep tabs on all the documents, reports and disclosures along the way, and we'll present you with a complete and organized digital copy of everything delivered to you just a few days after your closing.

Project Management and Coordination of Service Providers: Chances are there are other things going on in your life when you're selling. Well, you can relax a bit. Managing vendors and contractors, service providers and inspectors is part of the service. While you attend to your life, I'll coordinate appointments, get inspections completed, look after the house while you're away and keep you updated.

My Team to Show and Sell Your Property: I have a small team of experienced, trained professionals who will help me show your property and keep things under control during open houses, private showings, agent tours and other public events. I will deliver a verbal update on the outcome of each event.
